My stay at the Intercontinental Shanghai Hongqiao NECC was overall fantastic, but the location had its challenges. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the service was great, especially in the Club Lounge. However, accessing the metro wasn't very convenient due to outdoor walking, which can be tough in bad weather.
